QES Literacy team is selling T-shirts. Every month there will be a literacy day and it would look incredible to see students and teachers wearing matching shirts to promote reading.
Progress reports were sent home today. GMAS student reports were sent home with 4th and 5th graders that took the GMAS at QES back in May.
Our PTO is selling shirts! All orders can be placed and paid for online. Deadline for Ordering is Sunday, September 12, 2021 at midnight. Shirts will be distributed by Quitman Elementary School to the homeroom selected at checkout and sent home with the student, or available for pick-up after they are printed for community pick-up. Community pick-up will be available starting Wednesday, Sept 29 at Pledger Insurance, 1308 W Screven St, Quitman, GA 31643, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

Spring picture day is Friday (4/2). Individual pictures and class pictures will be taken. Individual pictures must be pre-paid. Order forms were sent home last week.
Brooks County Schools will dismiss school early on Thursday, March 11th for teacher/parent conferences. Quitman Elementary will start to dismiss at 11:20 a.m. Please note that all car riders should be picked up by 11:50 a.m. No early check outs will be allowed after 10:45 a.m. Please plan accordingly. Teacher/parent conferences will begin at 1:00 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. Please contact your child’s teacher to set up a conference. Conferences will be held either in person or virtually.
