Brooks County Schools will dismiss school early on the following dates in December: Friday, December 4th, Thursday, December 10th, and Friday, December 18th
Quitman Elementary School will start to dismiss at 11:20 a.m. and bus riders at 11:30 a.m. on these dates. Please note that all car riders should be picked up by 11:50 a.m. No early check outs will be allowed after 10:45 a.m. Please plan accordingly. Please note that Friday, December 11th is a student holiday. If you have any questions, please contact the school.

Due to the inclement weather expected to come through our area today during the after school hours, ECHOES will be cancelled today - October 29. Students will ride their normal buses home. We will resume our normal schedule on Monday - November 2. If you have questions, please contact the site director at your child's school.

Parent/Teacher Conferences will begin at 1:30 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) can attend either in-person or virtually. You may sign up for a time with your child’s teacher or by calling the school.

Pick up 7 breakfast / 7 lunches / 1 gallon of milk per child at Brooks County Middle School from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. - while supplies last. Service is drive thru at the bus ramp.
