Brooks County Schools

Ms. Jackie Harper, Board member of the Warde Chambers Foundation, attended the December Brooks County Board of Education meeting to announce the recipients of the mini grant awards. Each recipient received $500 to implement a classroom or school project.  Winners included Bailey Atkinson (Quitman Elementary); Diana Chartier (Quitman Elementary); Reggie Lee (North Brooks Elementary); Kristy Malone (Early Learning Center): Mary Cook (Early Learning Center): Jackie Harper; Brittany Bell (Delta Innovative School); Jessica Akins (Brooks County High School); Candace Simpson (North Brooks Elementary School);  Not pictured is Christy Thomas (Brooks County Middle School) and Angie Tillman (Quitman Elementary)
