At the April 2 Board of Education meeting, Brooks County Schools honored the 2024-2025 Aspiring Leaders cohort for their dedication to leadership development within the district. These participants have engaged in monthly sessions, gaining insight into various district programs and strengthening their leadership skills in preparation for future roles.
The program, facilitated by Ross New, Director of Human Resources, and Mrs. Syreeta Brown, Assistant Director of Human Resources, provided participants with opportunities to learn about the district’s operations and leadership expectations.
During the meeting, Mr. New recognized each participant for their commitment, and Board Chairman Larry Cunningham presented them with a Certificate of Course Completion.
“As educators, we must continue to grow and develop as leaders,” said Ross New, Deputy Superintendent for District Operations. “This program is about equipping our aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make a lasting impact in Brooks County Schools.”
The district remains committed to fostering leadership and professional growth, ensuring a strong future for Brooks County Schools.
