We have big news to share - a State Winner! “Dominoes”, written by Alexa Castillo Andablo, was chosen as the winning entry for 5th grade in the Georgia Young Authors competition. Alexa’s entry won the school competition and the district level competition. As a district winner, her writing piece was judged at the regional level. As the 5th grade regional winner, “Dominoes” advanced to the state competition and was declared the winner of all submissions from around the state! Congratulations, Alexa! We are so proud of you!
