This year our PBIS focus is on Gratitude. Students in grades K-2 had lots to be thankful for this year. Each student wrote what they were thankful for on a leaf and it was put on the Thankful Tree. Pictured are Larry, Aria and Samuel from Ms. Shamburger's class.

Today begins our North Brooks BBQ Fundraiser! Options include a 10 lb. cooked Boston Butt or a BBQ sandwich meal. Students will bring their order forms home today. Money should be collected at the time of ordering. Cash or check is accepted. Checks need to be made out to NBES. Orders are due on Friday, November 13th.

NBES: For students that are moving from virtual to traditional AND vice versa from traditional to virtual, the first day for these changes will be Wednesday, Nov. 4th. For all virtual students, your 2nd term learning packets will be ready for pick up any time Tuesday, Nov. 3rd. Every virtual student will need a new 2nd term packet. If your child was virtual and returning to school on Nov. 4th for traditonal school AND has a school issued chromebook, we need you to bring the chromebook back to the school to be checked back in Tuesday, Nov. 3rd or Wednesday, November 4th. Teachers will be contacting the parents of any new students on rosters to introduce themselves and schedule a time for a conference. Thank you and have a great weekend.
Due to the inclement weather expected to come through our area today during the after school hours, ECHOES will be cancelled today - October 29. Students will ride their normal buses home. We will resume our normal schedule on Monday - November 2. If you have questions, please contact the site director at your child's school.
NBES Reminder-Due by Wed. Oct. 28th: Please complete this form if you wish to make a change to your child's model of school and switch from traditional in person school to virtual school OR switch from virtual school to tradtional in person school. Thes changes are allowed from October 17th through October 28th. The change in schedule will take place on November 4th. NBES: We will have Early Dismissal today, Tuesday, October 27th for parent/teacher conferences. Car Rider dismissal will begin at 11:20 AM. Car riders should be picked up no later than 11:50 AM. No early check outs will be allowed after 10:45 AM. Bus dismissal will begin at 11:30 AM. There has been some confusion and we want to make sure everyone is aware that each time we have early dismissal our times of dismissal will remain the same as above.
October 27 is an early dismissal day for students. Parent conferences will be held from 1:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
