Our BCHS Environmental Science class had an exciting day with a hands-on lesson about lichen! Who says you have to travel to learn? Our students had the opportunity to observe, touch, and learn from through this hands-on experience because we have lichen growing right here on the campus. It's amazing how nature can be our best teacher! Thank you Mr. Doughty and Mrs. Hasenfelt for using nature to support the learning your students can't get inside the classroom. 🌳🍂 #bringTheHammer

🚗🛡️ BCHS Driver's Ed Instructor Coach Perry gave his students first hand experience of the power of seat belts by inviting Law Enforcement Liaison Emerson Lundy to simulate a collision with the Seat Belt Convincer! 🚦💪Students were able to participate in this eye-opening experience in hopes we will make our roads safer, one click at a time. 🙌🚗 Thank you Coach Perry for encouraging our students to Buckle Up for Safety!
