CURRICULUM
Regular Education Program addresses the needs of students performing at grade level (9-12). Brooks County High School follows the standards set by the Georgia Department of Education's Georgia Standards of Excellence Curriculum. Special Education Program addresses the needs of students who require special individualized instruction in mastering the skills for their grade level. Special testing is required (9-12).
Gifted Program addresses the needs of gifted and talented students, who are capable of moving at an accelerated rate. Special testing is required (9-12).
Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) prepares Brooks County High students for their next step after high school--college, beginning a career, registered apprenticeships, or the military. BCHS CTAE pathway course offerings, and the new Educating Georgia's Future Workforce initiative, leverages partnerships with industry and higher education to ensure students have the skills they need to thrive in the future workforce.
