We are extremely excited and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from our community for our football team, Coach Freeman, and their state championship win over Irwin County. We are looking forward to celebrating their awesome accomplishment with our community on Friday, December 17th at 5 pm with a parade and a bonfire block party in the BCHS front parking lot. At the event we will have photo ops with the coaches, players, and THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY. In addition, we will have concessions, cornhole, flag football, shirt sales, and a donation station to raise funds for the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS for the players and coaches, as well as, challenge coins for our cheerleaders and band members. We will be releasing more information on how you can help ensure each player receives a ring or challenge coin later this week. Again, we want to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the love and support we have received over the past season and we look forward to celebrating with you all very soon!
In order to prepare for this celebration Brooks County High School will have early release at 1:45 PM on Friday, December 17th. We hope to see you at the parade and block party!
